Participants spin a wheel with a list of lots of activities listed on the wheel. When the wheel stops then they have s session on the topic picked form the wheel. Topic's include; cooking, exercise, minute to win it, talent night, movie night, health awareness, First Aid, etc.

Teaches children about music and musicians. Make instruments, visits from local singers, etc.

Me & My Family

Children start a keepsake book on their family. This book would include; favorite songs, food, what they want to be when they grow up, Growth Chart, photo's, etc.

Healthy Families

Healthy Families

This is a parent program that teaches families how to prepare healthy meals during their cooking session. The information they receive will help them to cook healthy meals for the families that is feasible for all families to purchase. All participants receive an incentive each week as well.

This program introduces children and their families to exercise activities, age appropriate dances and sing alongs. It's lots of fun!

This hands on program will be offered for four weeks. It allows the kids to roleplay little scientist. The activities are really interesting and fun. The kids will certainly enjoy all the science experiments.
